Solace Residences opened for guests who were tired of choosing between a hotel room with no kitchen and an apartment with no one answering the phone. We run a small building in Lekki Phase 1 with a proper host desk, standardized presentation, and rates that reward longer stays.
Business travellers get quiet and reliable power. Families get space. Relocating guests get weekly and monthly terms without the usual short-let scramble.
